If you are here, you may be reading the EOS Series by Gino Wickman. Entrepreneurial Operating System is a framework for businesses to follow that drives accountability, and efficiency across a business of any size.
EOS has three key Books that go from a basic overview, fable type “Example Story”, and then detailed plan for execution.
The Three EOS Books
If you are new to EOS, the books should be read in the following order. Links to Amazon for each book can be found below.
- What the Heck Is EOS – Quick Read that gives a basic outline. I recommend reading this to get an understanding of what you are getting into.
- Get a Grip – A company based fable that walks through the EOS System being put in place, and how it looks over time. A great practical – real life – view of business using EOS.
- Traction – is the strategic guidebook and tactical execution plan to implement and succeed at EOS for your business.
Tracking EOS For Your Business
After implementing EOS for several teams and businesses, I have put a easy to use Excel/Google Sheet document to use thats all inclusive for the Entrepreneurial Operating System framework into one doc.
To save you some time and money, feel free to grab a download of the doc right here. Its a Google Sheet, but you can convert to excel easily.
